Once upon a time in another life I was a member of the The Robotics Society of Southern California (RSSC). Our newletter, The Robot Builder, was publisher from 1989 til at least 1999. Here are most of the issues from 1990 thru 1999. I have hard copy of all issues and will post them here when I get them scanned.
